The core gameplay loop involves quickly assessing the shape of the incoming piece and deciding how to orient it to create solid horizontal layers without gaps. As a beginner, focus on clearing the bottom layers first to create more space and avoid the stack reaching the top. The game's challenge increases as the speed of the falling pieces accelerates. In tense moments when the well is nearly full, prioritize clearing single lines quickly to buy time and recover, rather than aiming for complex multi-line clears that risk a game over.
